Hey everyone. I was casually looking and saw this listing in reading, take a look at the bought and sold history. It looks like someone sold it in March of 16', listed it in Oct of 16' for 80k more, and then someone bought it and week after closing in Dec 16' they out it back on the market for 50k more. This seems super absurd to me!

so strange there are no pictures of interior. They can flip it back on market with renovations? I remember in the last bubble there were many 'straw-man' purchases and inflated appraisals to get re-fi cashouts.

This listing certainly looks 'fishy'
