I see this property constantly get listed/removed/relisted on Zillow/Redfin. The owner and current realtor relisted it at a 30% higher price even though it didn't sell last time. I don't know what they are thinking.

30% price jack between 2014 and 2016, that is perfectly ok. especially when this property's price is relatively low compare to average income of boston.
As the matter of fact, now it is the perfect time to dump the worst kind of property that never sell before back into the market. Desperate buyers will talk themselves into this kind of low end deals, when they see no low and mid end inventory available, and home price and rent are keep going up.
