I am too poor to understand the justification of buying these condos, as merely the condos' fee itself already like a mortgage.
Rent has been going up fast, even though not going up as fast as the home price. I am wondering if any of these condos' rent could cover the mortgage and condo fee and tax. If not, what is the price gap between the two. That will truly tell how big the bubble currently is. |
