I saw a lot of news at these forums about condo developers giving steep discounts to move inventory. Is there some place I can look at these developments. I would like to go see first hand as Ive been waiting for this for the past 3 years.

The only place I know of is the repton place in watertown. Prices have been slashed by almost 25%. Any other developments people know about?

Also , use the Coldwellbanker Real Estate site.
It is called NewEnglandMoves.com
Click the button that says new construction only.

I do not work for ColdwellBanker , but I think
they have the best website after realtor.com

Use ColdwellBanker advanced search ,
then click the new construction only link .

If you sign up for an account ,
the site will show you addresses
