I really like that the Warren Group is splitting out the foreclosure sales separately now.

I would be curious to know, historically, how much less (if any) foreclosed home typically sell for than their non-foreclosed upon equivalents. Of course, in a time when we're seeing record numbers of foreclosures, we might expect the foreclosure sale prices to have a broader impact on the market that in the past.
