Can you figure out what's going on with this property?

Is it 5 million or 1 million? What's going on with this property?

I don't see $1M. It's definitely $5M.
Premium properties in BB, BH, and SE are selling at prices over $1000/sqft.

That's Beacon hill man! It is ok to see this kind of price. It is the 'NY central park area' of boston. 5 millions might be a large number for you and me, but not to some rich asian or middle east folks who try to allocate their assets globally. I personally welcome them as this type of properties' owners, for paying property tax to fund our city for better future. Laughing
