Its a scam, yet realtors never let go of an opportunity to sell you their 'services'. Met a realtor today who immediately placed herself in my most stupid list. So we decided to rent in this town where we beleivevthe schools are good, instead of rushing into buying a house. The realtor was the listing agent for the rental. She could not stop bragging abt how she found difficult ppl their dream home when we told her we were looking for 5 yrs now. Once i asked her why assessed home values were much lower than listing price, she completely got into a knot.....so much for 'expertise'. Thank goodness for redfin and zillow....seriously!

And as usual when we tried to point out that the living room in the rental was stinking of pet urine despite it being professionally cleaned, she tried to explain it away saying when they clean carpets the smell gets reactivated initially but would go away..... Yeah right ......i am convinced .....SUCH REALTORS ARE SCAMSTERS, LIARS AND INEPT PPL IN A SHADY BUSINESS
