I think they should have noted that foreclosure filings are down at least in part because, and possibly mostly because, of the robo-signing debacle and Massachusetts' Ibanez case. It's not necessarily a fundamental improvement.

There's a lot of things they failed to note. I usually find their blog posts to be fairly unbiased, but this one leaned towards cheerleading.
