The inventory of single-family homes as of November 30, 2010 increased 13.0 percent from November 2009 (24,788 listings in 2009 to 28,034 listings in 2010) which translates into 10.7 months of supply in November 2010. This is up from 6.5 months of supply last year and down from 11.2 months in October 2010. This was the ninth straight month of inventory gains.

The inventory of condominiums on the market in November was up 1.0 percent compared to the year before (10,313 listings in 2009 to 10,459 listings in 2010), which translates into 10.7 months of supply, which is up from 6.5 months in November 2009 and down from 11.8 months this past October.
