Have been looking at cape cod for investment/vacation home..centerville,dennis,yarmouth..any thoughts on those three areas?...not in a rush,a ton of inventory..hoping to land a good value

I'd check out recent sales, and figure out the months of supply.

I did this recently (for a certain town on the cape and price range) and found
it was something huge like 20 months. With that kind of number
you're guaranteed a drop in prices in the next year or two.

So I wouldn't buy now. Your "great deal" now is going to look very
ordinary in a year or two.

excelllent point...I definitely don't think sales down there will be picking up any time soon!...will crunch some numbers...any thoughts on the aforementioned towns?
