Try Hanover; it's an awesome, AWESOME up and coming town. If you've got a bit more coin try Hingham or Norwell. Get some sand in those docksiders why don't you?

Hmmm .., first of all what "period " are we talking about? I understand Rhondella Richardson is not Edward R. Murrow but come on now at least include some facts. Blindly repeating a real estate shill's spin is not reporting...

Anyway, here are the April numbers for brookline using the Norfolk Registry of Deeds :

- April 2006 69 sales between 100,000 and 10m

- April 2007 57 sales between 100,000 and 10m

Sales Down 17.3%
