Long time reader, first time poster here.
Just stumbled upon this article over at CNN Money. Thought it was a balanced article, though nothing special (as it didn't seem to go into the "why" very much.)

At least they mentioned the S&P / Case-Schiller index. But they also pulled the 5.3% drop number seemingly out of the air.
The upshot of the article was that prices seem to be "flat" now, but that some analysts think we're not quite at the bottom yet. |

I agree. That's a well-written article. It gives the numbers, provides some context, and adds some insight from non-biased experts. And it doesn't give that vibe of relentless happy talk. If only articles like that were the norm rather than the exception. |
