This guy needs a punch in the face. It's an abuse of the their authoritative position to try and call the market.

On the other hand, opportunities will continue to get better for years to come, so in a sense it's not "like this", per se.

If someone pays me enough money I will argue that the sky is red. I may look ridiclous but I will be paid well for doing so.

THis Vasil guy is obviously a paid shill for the realtors. Try to trigger momentum.

Do people do their homework before signing their life away on an investment that looks to lose value for the next several years?
