Do those condo sales surprise anyone?
I actually thought the loses would be even higher due to the new lending practices. When I was about to put an offer on a condo in Reading back in April, my lender said my interest rate would be around 4.90% vs 4.75% for SFH. Add in the cost of HOA fees and you know why condo sales and prices are just tanking.
