Definition of nationalized,.... owned by the US government
backed by your Taxes 
Another thought,
We are quickly approaching the day when every single mortgage
will be owned by the US government 
When foreign governments refuse to buy our debt.
and believe me that day is coming sooner than later, .......
an Armageddon like event will not be far away
