The real estate market is the most stable in the world. Because people are constantly looking for a place to buy or rent. I have been a realtor for several years now, and I have noticed that real estate demand is only increasing yearly.

Rent prices were dropping in all of Boston when that article was posted. The pandemic wiped out rental demand thanks to widespread remote work and remote schooling. Since these restrictions were eased, rental demand came roaring back in Boston, and apartment supply is tighter than ever. As a result, we're now seeing the highest rent prices on record:

Affordable housing has income restrictions. Maloney Properties isn't the only
company that manages them. For Boston, go to the Boston DND (Department of Neighborhood Development).
