If an apartment rent is 250 euro and a monthly cost to buy an apartment is 1,342 euros, I think it is better for you to rent until the price of the apartments lower.

You dudes over there in europe need to watch more professional wrestling and Will Farrell movies.

?They have built many new homes in Spain in the last 3 or 4 years correct?

?Are there too many new homes?

You have to study the data.

YES much has been built, my city is double or triple what it was 5 years ago.

But we have gone from 220,000 people to 240,000 by the immigration South America, former russia, African and Muslim countries, from 2% to 7% of foreigners.

Today I heard on the radio that there are 11,000 empty apartments, live anyone, nor are for rent. Only for speculation.

Citizen who need home in Vitoria (6500) and the goverment has built 1500 home news of oficial protection for this person this year.150.000 € but they only can sell for 150.000 (no speculation)

In 3 years, a floor of 150,000 has risen to 220,000 € (2004-2008)
The floor of my parents in 1996 of € 200,000 to € 532,000 NOW.

The person who sell houses has told a lady that her floor € 360,000 in the summer if luck would have it sold 230,000.
floor =apartment

I do not want to imagine what will be the coast: Ibiza, Marbella, Seville ,....

Those who believe in the bubble. We believe that there will be lowered from 50% in 3 years and will remain a long time.

In my city have fallen by 10% since your subprimes (July 2007). When will be our subprimes? ¿(July-2008)?

We have "minister of house"!

our minister

Igor, there's a massive housing bubble in Spain as well as a slew of other Mediterranean countries and surprisingly, even the Black and Baltic seas.

What happened is that the easy credit, which started in the US, had spilled over into a worldwide speculative mania in housing in many countries except for places like Japan and Germany. Much of the recent European takeoff was assisted via the UK, through the City of London's banking partners with their Wall St allies. And I'm not even including the new aristocrats buying up whole neighborhoods in London's Chelsea and Kensington.

This is going to end very badly for everyone.
