The 1850 condos are going to be auctioned.
Has anyone seen these, and are they a good deal?

Isn't the South End supposed to be an "immune Community"? |

Immune from what? Being valued appropriately? (not directed at you, just sayin') |

if immune you mean located directly next to the homeless shelter and 2 blocks from anything redeeming-- i guess you are right. Call me a snob but living next to a homeless shelter in a area that you really cannot walk to anything defeats the purpose of being in the city |

There are 60 units total. 35 to be auctioned. That means 25 units
were purchased at "market price". Can you imagine being one of these original buyers? |

They're right by 93, so the location could be better. Make sure you read the fine print on this auction. The devil is in the details. |
