EXCERPT: "So, a slowdown in housing can be a very, very big deal, and a slowdown is apparently what we’re experiencing now..."

What evidence are you seeing in Greater Boston? Have our own stories, but would prefer to hear yours...

Maybe over beer, at our next #REonTap in Cambridge, Lynn, Somerville, or your call (__FILL in BLANK by commenting below)? Or should we think bigger and celebrate with a Boston Realty Party, as we've one in the past, on the anniversary of the REAL Boston Tea Party? This year is the 245th anniversary, 12/16/18.

See blog post. Party like it’s 1773… …or should we say, like the real estate party’s over?

If we can get a buyer agent or others from Seattle to join us, should we host an event to track what's happening there, and whether it might foreshadow a price correction in metro Boston?

Some anecdotal information is suggesting it's already underway. That's what one of our buyers has concluded, when they canceled their showing this morning and intention to make an offer.
