Here's a quarterly(?)/ post Marathon/ update on the BOS contracts that I quote on the CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange). Still near-no trading, but I'm open to facilitating any inquiries.
YOY implied prices on forward expirations (2019-20) are low across all regions either as: 1) many more hedgers than people looking to add forward exposure, and/or 2) concerns about HPA (annualized home price appreciation) dropping.
Net, though, forward futures prices are consistent with rising BOS index.

That looks like ~zero real appreciation in 2020, if I am eyeballing things correctly. Expected inflation is currently 2.25%, per https://fred.stlouisfed.org/series/T5YIFR That looks smack dab in the middle of the bid-ask spread.
Thanks again for the update.

Here's an update on prices for the BOS (Boston) contracts quoted on the CME (Chicago Mercantile Exchange). No open interest in BOS series so I'm eager to facilitate any inquiries.

No trading in BOS, but bids improving, bid/ask spreads narrowing. Happy to facilitate any trades, answer questions.
