If you are looking for a large commercial mixed use brick building that can be converted into businesses and condos take a look at this. there are few buildings left of this size for this money.

owner financing is available.

For the price of parking spot in Boston, you can get a 6700 SF commercial building in Ware. That is pretty cool to know. Laughing

https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/news/2018/08/08/amazon-hiring-200-work-home-virtual-jobs/932786002/

Amazon is hiring 200 work from home folks. Imagine if move to Ware, buy this business building with your spare money, and collect rent from 2 store front, and live in it while working from home.

Assuming the building condition is not a dump that require million to fix...
Sounds pretty good to me. Wink

If you can work from home, why not work from Costa Rica?

I suppose some people do. I personally know 4 people who work
primarily from home. One person goes into the office one day a week.
One person goes in a couple of days a month. One person goes in to
the office for meetings and to occasionally see clients. I'm not sure about the fourth person.
But 'working from home' usually means you have to be available.
But you can live outside the expensive 128 belt.

If you could work from home, you could live in towns like Marblehead or Duxbury. The are non redneck towns that are expensive, but not stupid expensive. Good schools. Beautiful.
