I like that they broke out the separate price tiers and provided trends for them as well:

I found it very interesting that Boston's high tier was 9.79% above trend while the low tier was a much higher 18.21% above trend.

As I mentioned in the comments on the Bubble Meter blog, I do wish that they had adjusted for inflation before determining the trend growth rate. Inflation has varied widely over the years and that would necessarily distort any trend calculation based on nominal prices. Although, in this case the charts don't go back very far (another quibble), so the distortion probably isn't as pronounced as it would have been with a deeper data set.
