This is what I'd like to see here, a place to talk about houses / condos for sale by their MLS numbers, and why we think it's fairly or not fairly priced.

Perhaps we could even borrow a line from the movie Robcop in naming the section- "I'd buy that for a dollar...".

Thoughts?

I like the idea. Redfin got in trouble for doing this, but I think that is because they have direct access to the MLS and so the MLS can gag them at will (provided they don't care about antitrust repercussions). Post what you want, just don't violate any user agreements in the process.

For now, if you want to discuss a particular listing, you can post a message in the Open Discussion forum. If there are enough posts of this nature, I'll create a new forum for it.
